The 2012 Trail Races take place on the evening of Friday 29th June with an extensive prize list once again fully supported by our Club sponsor EKGTA Ltd.

1km 6:00 pm
3km 6:30 pm
5km 7:00 pm
10km 7:30pm

Entry Fees (see entry form for precise age limits)
£1.50
£2.00 (Scottish Athletics members), £2.00 (non-members).
£6.00 (Scottish Athletics members), £8.00 (non-members).
£8.00 (Scottish Athletics members) £10.00 (non-members)
+ £1 extra for on the day entries! £1 of every 5k and 10k entry will be donated to Deafblind Scotland.

1km Fun Run
The 1km fun run is especially for under 9‘s. This event will start at 6:00pm at EK Sports Club. Registration opens at 4:00pm and closes at 5:30pm

3km and 5km Race
Under 13’s & Under 15‘s 3km race and Over 15’s 5km race.

Details

Note that these races are trail races, meaning that they are mainly off the tarmac roads and on the footpaths and trails of Calderglen Country Park. The paths can be slippery but a normal road running shoe with a good tread is fine.
