Throughout the summer months we change our training venue to Chatelherault Country Park, Hamilton on every second Monday. This provides a challenging route of between 6 and 8 miles with only a few hundred metres on tarmac. The majority of the route is on forest trails with excellent underfoot conditions. As with all of our training sessions, we run in packs of similar ability, so there is a suitable level for everyone from 10 minutes per mile to sub 6 minutes per mile.
