Scot Hill stretching away followed by Kenny and Eddie in the early stages of the race. A steady start from Eddie. Another tight Calderglen group with Stuart Waugh ahead of Jim Holmes, George Stewart and David Herbertson. Frances Maxwell running steadily. Russell Couper struggling (at least that is what he said when he ran past me). Scot inside the final 2k. Eddie now safe as second Harrier. Kenny fading a little behind Gordon Colvin of EKAC. Jim Holmes with David Herbertson still chasing. George Stewart feeling and looking out of focus.
